Movement 20XX consists of 2 types of workouts:
Movement training will make your body limber and you will develop strength & mobility throughout the body. You will also develop coordination, agility, body control and spatial awareness.
Strength and mobility training will specifically target all different parts of the body so no part is left untouched or weak.
When these two styles of training are combined, you will get the most well-rounded and the most functional results.
Moreover, it's enjoyable to have variety in your training. This variety will produce better results and keep you hooked!
Movement training of Movement 20XX is in three categories:
- High flow (movements you do standing up)
- Low flow (movements you do low on the ground)
- Ground flow (movements you do on the ground)
What most exercise programs and training styles lack is this ground work which is just fundamental strengthening for a healthy and functional body.
Low flow and ground flow elements will strengthen the parts of your body which normally are neglected (you are standing up and sitting most of the day). You will also develop supportive strength in your shoulders, core, hips and knees. This is crucial for posture and performance.
Without these fundamental movement patterns it's hard (if not impossible) to reach your fullest potential in fitness and health.

Movement 20XX is definitely my personal fitness motivation.
To train myself, I have been looking for a program that I could do at home, cause in my free time I really don’t wanna go to a fitness club.
Having tried different known fitness apps like Freeletics, I was quite disappointed that none of them really stroke me. The problem for me was always that I got bored by the basic moves that had to repeated a thousand times, but not beautifully or aesthetically combined.

Not much, a small room is enough. As long as you have enough space to do a basic push up, you should be able to practice majority of the elements of Movement 20XX. Home, gym or grass are all great places to start.
Majority of the exercises and flow elements can be done without any equipment, but for pulling progressions you need a pull up bar, TRX or gymnastic rings. Movement 20XX is a bodyweight training program.
