Movement 20XX is the accumulation of all the effort, training and wisdom I gathered when I was attending breakdance classes, martial arts workshops or learning ​modern dance from a local instructor.​

My journey of practicing movement made me healthier, stronger, more confident and a happier person. In 2 years I lost fat and gained around 8 to 10 kg (17 to 22 pounds) of muscle!
